I've been at CB before just checking out the store but had never eaten there before until today. I didn't know what to expect. Seating was prompt and so was service. We were able to decide what we wanted pretty quickly which I'm sure made our server happy. I ordered a cheeseburger while my husband ordered blueberry pancakes with bacon. I ordered my cheeseburger medium but I received it well done. It wasn't that big of a deal to me so I didn't complain. But it was delicious. The bacon slices were thick, the pickles were a little bit sweet, and the fries were your no-frills steak fries. I don't like coleslaw so I didn't taste it. My husband loved his pancakes because they were made right. Unlike IHOP where a blueberry pancake is just a buttermilk pancake with blueberry sauce on top these pancakes were cooked with the blueberries in them. Just like they should be. And the syrup was maple syrup. Maple syrup! Very cool! The sweet tea we had to drink is honestly some of the best, if not the best, sweet tea we've ever had. It's what sweet tea should taste like. Absolutely delicious! Since I hadn't been to a CB before I was a little thrown off when we had pretty much just started eating our check was placed at our table. Just like they do at Denny's. I really hate when restaurants do that. It almost makes you feel rushed. Another interesting thing was that you pay your bill at the cash register instead of the waiter. So I definitely categorize CB between a Denny's diner type restaurant and a traditional restaurant. The food and the quick service was great so I'm sure we'll be back!

Stopped for a late lunch. Got seated immediately. Waitress was quick to take order. We had ordered one of the seasonal Campfire Dinners, the beef flavor. In under 5 munutes it was our and piping hot!! Also, the restrooms were clean and well stocked. One hint: You see the sign, but it is HARD to get to. So you have to go up the street to the west, turn up the first drive and wind up to the top, and go past the medical center.

Our party of 6 arrived at 9pm on a Saturday night. We were traveling from Ohio to Georgia and needed some dinner. The restrooms could have been cleaner, but of course a busy Saturday night and near closing I can understand why they were so dirty. We sat down at our table and ordered food. We had two of the Sunrise Samplers Breakfast Meals and they were horrid. Almost everything was cold except my scrambled eggs, they were so overcooked, i needed a knife to cut them. The defining moment though was the sawmill gravy my wife ordered. it was not cooked enough and tasted like paste. Literally, like paste I used in elementary school some 40+ years ago. I know what undercooked flour tastes like, as sitting at the table, all of the adults have worked in our family's restaurants. My kids sitting at the table are fourth generation restaurateurs. The food was so horrid, we left most of it. It was unedible. The worst meal i have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. Our waitress asked us how our meal was, we told her, she told the manager and he ignored us. We weren't asking for a discount, just so disappointed the meal was so bad.

On a long trip we stopped for breakfast. Was everything we expect. The location was a little out of the way, but we found it with a full parking lot. Biscuits were fresh. The coffee plentiful. We were surved quickly and were on our way.

We always love to stop at Cracker Barrel because the food is always consistent no matter where in the country you stop. We like to have breakfast. We order the Country Boy Breakfast because it has the biggest piece of country ham. Their ham is the best. With the eggs, biscuits, sawmill gravy, grits and apples, it doesn't get much better. I don't like the hash browns so i always order extra apples. Yum! I noticed they have raised some prices on many items and they have a new menu. I guess like everyone else they try to keep up with all the rising prices everywhere. Still reasonable prices for what you get.

Great catfish and chicken and dumplings! Good cornbread, I always get the pinto beans, greens, and Mac and cheese!

I eat there often in the mornings, and when family and friends come to town, we enjoy a luncheon or a dinner at this location. The service is quick; the servers are friendly and get your orders correct, indicating that communications between the servers and chefs are well coordinated. The takeout meals are well packaged. It is a pleasure to expect on a great home cooked meal without cooking it yourself.
